When you book, share a short note about your business and the decision in front of you. That is enough to prepare; confidential material can wait until an NDA is in place.
ON THE CALL
We name the end state, identify what is in the way, and decide whether a working relationship makes sense.
AFTER
If we move forward, the first two weeks map who is responsible, accountable, consulted, and informed, then sort the work by urgency and importance. From there, you have a clear diagnosis and options for what comes next.
NDA
Please do not send material you are not authorized to disclose. A mutual NDA can be discussed before sensitive information is shared.
